“Beautiful small hotel ocean front, right on the sand! Our room was amazing and the outdoor shower was a bonus! It had a nice deck as well. The beach was large with salt & pepper sand and practically empty. There are lounge chairs with thatched umbrellas on the property by the private beach entrance. Plenty of on-site parking. “Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. “Location is not OK on Waze, first write to then to give you exactly location, name is wrong, is not Hotel is Gorgona Beach House. Pool was dirty, not plenty parking lots, there is a stair very badly designed, do not hold the stairs sideways, there is no kitchenette as it says, there is no table, neither chairs, and you need to call or chat everytime to open the gate that is closed for safety resons.”
