“시설이 너무 안좋아요 3일동안 2일을 엘리베이터를 이용하지 못했습니다 청소는 3일동안 한번해주었습니다 수영장은 너무 빨리끝난다 금고는 처음부터 문이 잠겨있어 사용을 못했다 전반적으로 직원은 친절하지만 모든 시설은 열악하다 아마도 3박 4일중 우리에게 2박은 다시 투숙하게 해주어야할것이다”

“A unique experience. Truly a remarkable property. The level of service is exceptional. Congratulations to the team and Diego. Look forward to returning soon…. Very!!!!!”

“A wonderful place to stay - a beautifully kept tropical setting with views of the other side of the caldera. Very peaceful. Great value for the high quality of accommodation.”

“Pros: The staff was outstanding, helpful, and friendly. The location of the resort is close to the ocean and there are sufficient umbrellas and lounges for everyone. There are 4 freshwater pools to relax and again there are enough lounges and umbrellas for everyone. There are acrivities for children and adults alike. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony and face the ocean. Cons: This resort is a part of the Wyndham Resort family. I am not sure what that means since the quality of the rooms...

“the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“Yummy food, great hosts and very flexible!”

“Casacoral is absolutely wonderful! The lush property is so beautiful and well-maintained. The food is visually appealing and delicious. Highly recommend the lychee martini! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. An overall excellent experience!”

“It’s a fairly cheap place; it’s right on the beach; and it’s just a few minutes off the pan-American highway. If you are traveling through and need a cheap convenient place to rest your head, this is it. The staff is kind and genuinely want to help you. Breakfast (patacones, fried Panamanian tortilla, eggs, sliced cheese) was included in my room rate - it was surprisingly decent. That said, you get what you pay for so don’t expect anything fancy. The property is old and quite dated. The...

“Small and clean. No pool. Beach is rocky and not good for swimming.”

“Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.”

“The woman that helped me was nice and accommodating! I appreciate the customer service! Give n”

“We stayed at Playa Caracol Resort for one week. While the beach and natural surroundings were beautiful, our overall experience was disappointing due to the location and transportation challenges. The resort is quite remote and is best suited for guests with their own vehicle. We arrived at Panama City Airport and paid $100 for a taxi to the resort. The trip took about two hours. The final section of the drive was along a narrow road through a sparsely populated area, which felt uncomfortable,...

“When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...
