"1. I asked room cleaning 3 times( 2 times, around 4pm : call to cleaning parts and They said yes. But No clean my room without privacy tag. 1 time : I said clean employee directly. Please clean my room and she said yes. (she is cleaning beside of my room. But No clean my room. There was no explanation about no clean.
2. One day, My room toilet cannot use because of no supply toilet water. Some hours later, That is fixed but no explanation also.
3. Same day, I cannot use hot water for shower. That fixed it some hours later but also No explanation.
Overall I never experienced this kind a serious things happen in high level hotel. Also I never heard that How nobody explain about this kind a serious issues ? "
