Did not know that a 4 star hotel does not offer free water or coffee in the room, but you can walk down to the casino and they’ll give you free whiskey.

Room has no view. Lack of amenities. No fridge or service. No in-room coffee. Long-line check in/out. Shower stall only has a divider and not a full door causing water splashing out on the bathroom door. I can’t understand why it was designed this way.

It was not a bad stay. I would say that the stay could have been slightly better if it was cleaner “ Air Vents where full of dust and lint” the bed had stains which made it uncomfortable to stay in, and the floor had crumbs. It was difficult to sleep because you could hear your neighbors, they were excessive in loudness.

Rooms were nice and clean but small, the rooms do not have a refrigerator so you could not keep drinks cold. Wish the shower had a door, it’s just a small glass panel and water spilled out when you showered. Great rooms for the rate.

We were there for a quick over night but staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really upset when we decided to sit for a cocktail in the lobby bar and three drinks cost us $66. These drinks were very basic vodka on the rocks, vodka and cran and I think a Manhattan, we did not ask for top shelf either.

The staff was horrible and rude. We had to practically bed the waitresses to bring us drinks. They kept walking passed my group and didn’t offer anything. We sat and played for a while. And we are great tippers

Wardrobe in the bathroom. That's a first on over 30 years of staying in hotels. Clothes were always damp. No minibar... No water refill station Poor wifi and limited to 2 devices a day Excessive resort fee... limited facilities to justify this. Pool complex was average, gym was rundown with most cardio power points not working It's illegal to smoke in enclosed public places however, smoking in casinos is allowed. We could not escape the stench. Nice and friendly staff - we left a tip. Checkout process clumsy. I'm still waiting for my final statement that was promised. Charging 70 usd for a late checkout after staying for 10 days is gouging. Noisy... view over rooftop filled with aircon fans. The constant drone of white noise. I won't be staying next year.

If you want an accommodation that is close to almost everything along the Strip, this is the place to be. As expected in most Vegas hotels, the Casino is located at one the bottom levels. Be mindful that you’ll be charged $50/day resort fee and $20 self-park fee per day if you are self-parking your car. I was not able to read the whole charges prior to our stay. Nevertheless, the location makes it worth it. The Venetian and Bellagio are a few minutes walk from Harrah’s. My dad and I enjoyed our stay.
