We apologized for the inconvenience. it is standards of the Motel. shampoo is provided to the guest as requested. I am glad that Front desk provide to you whe you requested. Thank you for your feed back.

Guest checked in room # 103 they asked to be moved because they said the room smelled like cigarrete . i checked the room and there was no smell I am a non smoker i can smell cigarrete. I moved the guest to #114 at 6:25 pm before moving the guest i walked with him and i showed him several rooms he walked the room throughly and inspected the room before he put his belongings. The guest came back at 9pm and said the room was dirty 2 hrs and 40 min. after the check in time .. to make the guest happy she asked for a refund and front desk gave her a refund .
