Quiet part of MGM complex about 5-10 minute indoor walk to gaming floor/Grand lobby. Spacious room with small kitchenette (fridge free to use). Pool at each of 3 towers (in summer) plus access to main pool complex.

MGM charges more than the property taxes quoted on Expedia site when you check in and they hold on to the extra charge for up to 3 weeks after you checked out. Not a fair practice.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival free of charge. Staff is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our first time but would definitely stay again.

This was a 5 start hotel ! I will definitely be staying here again my next trip to Vegas . I was even able to check in early with no fee ! Very easy check in and check out process!

This a a great hotel if you’re looking for extra space near the strip. Check-in process was easy; staff were friendly. We appreciated the access to MGM Grand and their pools. One thing to note is we booked this hotel partially because of the kitchen area, and there are no dishes, silverware, cookware within the space, so we really didn’t use it. Overall, this was a great, spacious hotel and we would stay here again.

It was very nice… however, next time I will choose a hotel that is closer to the strip. I chose this hotel because their resort fees were cheaper. However, it was a bit far from all the action. I preferred the dining options that were at the Venetian.

It is in older property. The room was quiet. If you stay here get some hand soap. They told me they don’t provide hand wash/soap anymore. We asked and they told me they don’t provide it anymore.

My stay at Signature at the MGM Grand was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel's exterior may boast luxury, but once inside, it quickly becomes apparent that it's seen better days. The decor feels outdated, and there's a pervasive sense of neglect throughout the premises.Upon arrival, we checked in at valet parking and received a pass. However, when we returned to the hotel after a mere six hours, we were shocked to find that there was no available parking due to alleged capacity issues. The valet attendants were unapologetic and unsympathetic, leaving us stranded with nowhere to park our vehicle. To make matters worse, we were then directed to another hotel, forcing us to endure the inconvenience of shuttling back and forth between properties. This unexpected turn of events put a damper on our entire stay and soured our experience with the hotel.Furthermore, the staff members we encountered during our brief time at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lack of professionalism and indifference to our concerns only added to our frustration. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.Overall, my experience at Signature at the MGM Grand was one of profound disappointment. From the outdated facilities to the lackluster service, every aspect of our stay fell short of expectations. I will certainly never consider returning to this establishment and would caution others against making the same.

My room had a loud noise coming from the sync. Engineering came by to try to fix it. The sound did lower but the noise stayed. Staff are friendly but unable to do much and I couldn’t be moved to another room.

Overall we were really impressed with signature but there were a couple of things that frustrated us. We checked in but didn’t have the best experience with costumer service. Also, the tv in the bedroom did not work our whole first day. We called, they came in to turn it back on but by night time it was back off and again, customer service did not answer our calls ir Provide assistance until the next afternoon. The maintenance man was friendly and finally explained there was a short and fixed it but it was a bit frustrating at first. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms though, and the water pressure was great. Having utensils would be cool, but we get that it may be different due to Covid times. Lastly the walking around can be a lot for some, considering more accessible means to get a round would be recommended especially since it’s a bit far from the strip.

I have stayed here a few times for my work trips. The front desk staff and security staff are always great. This visit though, I had some issues. I came back to the hotel one night and the front gate told me the valet was closed and I’d have to park off site and walk in which is a really long ways to walk. Eventually I was let in and found valet and they parked my car but only because I persisted. Then to my surprise, I was charged $1500 for room damages after I checked out! I am a traveling salesman who was there alone for work. I never touched the couch or ottoman in the hotel room they said I damaged. Those charges go on my company card and I have to answer to that. Now I am in a dispute with AMEX and MGM about the charges. After this stay there I am never going back. Terrible experience.

Thé hôtel us becoming a bit dated. There seems to be a charge for everything. Food is very expensive. You have to ask for pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Groceries are limited in the area.
