The residences are nice if you just want a place to stay but don't think of it as being at a hotel. Weekly towel changes are ALL they offer. The indoor pool is cold and the SPA if not a hot tub! It is a cold water tub with jets! The manager did apologize for the way we were treated only after looking up...

“Pessimo...struttura vecchia..ok poco male... Ma senza bidet e sopratutto molto sporco. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere la pulizia nel monolocale perché abbiamo trovato il bagno in pessime condizioni.. Tappeti luridi..macchie di cibo e altro sui mobili e servizi igienici ed un divano pieno di peli e sporcizia. Insomma stare lì dentro una vera angoscia. Ho preso un morso di ragno o zecca.. Ho dovuto chiamare la guardia medica di notte. Pessima esperienza. Posso solo dire che lo staff dell 'agenzia...
