"A few staff members made our stay fantastic. Patrick, kitchen supervisor, was very friendly and the dining room was clean and the buffet had many options to choose from.
Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. He also poured a mean drink....lol
Other front desk staff, Juho, Alex, Christopher, Miranda (?) & the trainee were all very friendly.
I'll definitely be staying here again."

"Beautiful location on a lake. Relaxing place to stay. Buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. Only thing that was unusual to me as I'm not from Finland, is that the indoor pool and Sauna is only available in the morning till around 10am, and sometimes in the evening. I believe this is just a cultural difference. Staff were exceptional."

"Really loved the location of this hotel and we had a nice, quiet stay. Our room was clean on arrival and kept clean during our stay. The reception staff were also very helpful especially when the firm bed was a bit too firm - probably fine for most guests but I have chronic pain and sleep better with a soft bed. The only unexpected thing was a charge of 10 Euros for a towelling robe for our stay. Thank you everyone."
