โThis hotel is situated in a recently renovated convent so everything was spotless. The only negative thing we can think of was the fact that we didn't have a walk in shower but instead had to shower the bathtub. Because of this you would have step in and out of the bathtub which required a rather high step that not everyone would be capable of. โOne of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.โ
โIn the heart of the old town near to all attractions , unique individual hotel . Clean & tidy , no added frills but great value for money . A big chain hotel it isn't but all the better from my point of view . โ
โI loved how thought out the hotel was. Such a simple thing as for example the water dispenser in the hallway accompanied by a water carafe in the room. Perfect for an always parched guest like me. โ
