This was the absolute perfect place to stay with a toddler. There was ample space and the apartment was quite comfortable. I have frequently stayed in hotels in Launceston and this was a much better option.

We did not receive access code details until we contacted the property management at 2.20pm which is after the check in time. Apart from that hiccup, the property is very nice and quiet. Modern and clean. Would stay here again.

Great staff communication prior to our arrival. Apartment was clean but had a few houseflies and horsefly in it on arrival.

Inside was very clean and comfortable, however the back patio area left a lot to be desired. Unable to sit outside as the table and chairs where so dirty and back of the unit was cover in spider webs, massive let down for an amazing property.

Was sent wrong room number, was told the day before checkin a code would be sent at 1:30pm on day of check in, it took 2 phone calls to get the code at2:15pm, couch was disgusting peeling fabric, broken toilet seat, dirty sliding door glass, dirty oven, smoke alarm hanging from roof, hand basin was blocked, wet paint on the wall where a hole was patched. I have photos of all of the above if anyone wants them,

thanks for your feedback Bill. We apologise for sending the code 15 minutes late, this is a very rare occasion and code are generally always provided at 1.30pm. We pride ourselves on extremely clean and tidy rooms which is reflected in our fabulous reviews. We usually also vette our guests extremely well and unfortunately had a lady stay the prior night before you whom had a party and did some damage to the property. Whilst we fixed most issues overnight there where a few things we couldn't get complete before your check-in and we apologies for this.

Nice and clean, communicated with property prior to arrival with no response at all. No clothes horse or dryer which made it difficult to dry clothes this time of year. Fridge died on Saturday night and I had to throw everything out which was our weeks worth of breakfast, dinner and snacks etc. I messaged Sunday morning regarding fridge with no response. My daughter called them Monday night and we still didn't get a fridge until Tuesday afternoon, with no discount or any reimbursement for food we had to throw out. He said he had seen message Sunday and then forgot about it.

thanks for your feedback. We do have spare blankets in the cupboards. Our apologies for the air conditioner, the fan had issues the day prior and we had booked the electrician to come and fix it. Unfortunately they could only come the following day. We pride ourselves on being a quality place to stay and extremely well priced.

There was everything that we needed to make our time there enjoyable. The check in and out was a breeze. The apartment was spacious The only few things I have to complain about was the toilet seat wasn't screwed on properly and the fact that every time we went for a shower the smoke alarm went off because of the steam

We arrived and another guest was still at the property and it wasn’t cleaned at 2pm. We had to wait another 2hrs for it to be cleaned and the other guest to leave. This was a real inconvenience. No access to Netflix or movies. In the apartment next door my colleague couldn’t find the remote to the heater. These aspects dampened our stay. Otherwise we would have liked the property. Once cleaned it was clean and it is spacious.

Charged for an extra person but was only a baby. Broken toilet seat, broken aircon/heater, you can tell where the walls have been patched up as they are painted different colours. And slight mould on roof.
