“Room was clean, but we had no hot water, ac struggled to cool the room, the tub faucet leaked all night, and the breakfast was not good. Eggs were not eatable, apple juice was watered down a lot, orange juice was watered down too, lights were all off for breakfast, and it smelled very musty. Staff was not apologetic about the hot water. It appeared that everything was done as cheaply as possible.”
