"No hot water in the sink for two days.Unusual loud guest next to us fighting and yelling late into the night. The power went out during our stay . I was unable to connect to the wifi 12 hours prior to check out. Breakfast was available. I chose not to partake. When i inquired about another room, there were no vacancies. Housekeeping was great. "

"The hotel was overbooked as their reservation system was down, so the non-smoking room requested through Expedia brushed over as a smoking room. The room was unbearable to be in. In a fortunate test of fate, the AC did not work in that room. I went to the office and the mid-day/evening front desk attendant kept putting me off. I checked back several times, each one he gave false timelines for him to go check it and he never did. After more than an hour he left the property so I returned to the office. The overnight front desk attendants contacted ownership/management who approved moving me into a room that had been blocked off in order to accommodate me. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Este viaje fue en familia, todo era exactamente igual a como se veia en las fotos, es un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, lleno de naturaleza por doquier, si sacas fotos son como postales, el desayuno increible para estar incluido en la renta, mucha variedad y todo bien elaborado, personal amable, instalacion limpia....volveria muchas veces y lo recomiendo un 100 porciento. Los ninos lo disfrutaron mucho !"
