The bed was good and the location was good. The bathroom floor needed cleaning in the corners and under the sliding door. At breakfast the milk was curdled and there were no plates. I ate my waffle from a bowl.

A little out of the way, but nice place

Booked a suite which was very spacious and clean with all the immenities. Full kitchen with supplies and two large TVs. It is not a great location, but if you're willing to drive 10-15 min to get everywhere in town, it's great.

This is a newer and convenient hotel, very comfortable with easy access from I70 for cross country travelers, yet far enough from the highways to be quiet and serene, next to lush farm fields near the Jayhawks campus at Lawrence, and near to groceries and food options. Very clean, a good breakfast, friendly staff. We stayed traveling east, and stayed again on our return west because it was an excellent place to stay.

This is the second time I've stayed here. It's close to where I need to go in Lawrence, it's nice, clean and quiet. All of the staff I got to interact with are always so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back.
