Floors in room didn’t seem very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was minimal with Aldi brand cereal and bad coffee. McDonald’s was right next door though. Location overall was good as it was close to the highway.

Nice motel for my one-night stay.

I would give it all stars except for the very poor wi-fi bandwidth. I tried working on some projects and the upload/download speeds were ridiculously slow. Some files just wouldn't come through at all after multiple re-trys. Adequate breakfast bar setup found in most motels. Clean and easy to put together a quick breakfast.

Property was good, parking was a little bit cramped, but I was able to park in front of the hotel room door if I get back in time. I made the mistake of getting the right room, but besides that it was pretty well kept and quiet. Would go again.

Accidentally booked a smokies room and the manager quickly changed the room for me. The room was a little dated but was clean and tidy for the most part. The hotel was very convenient to local amenities and the facility I was traini g at.

It was a good stay, fairly quiet for being near a hospital and next to a gas station. Some of the other guests could be heard thru the walls and you could hear a lot of outside’s commotions! Hotel lobby was spotless, just wish the room’s cleanliness had the same detailings. Manager staff was nice and could see they took time to walk the ground periodically!

Pillow cases were a little dirty. The sink had hair shavings im assuming from previous people. Toilet was not as clean. Alrhough beds are very comfortable and quiet environment. Was nervous about rhe two men who knocked on my door asking for someone I didnt know. Excellent customer service from the staff.

People outside my window yelling for help. Was a homeless person trying to get someone to go out at 1am. Kept me awake. Was there for work so I got little sleep that night. The manager did go out and tell him to leave after I called the front desk. The staff was great but room was really dirty. I cleaned the bathroom and all the black marks came off the wall and mirror.

Location and Cleanliness needs to improve

My experience with DAYS INN was memorable and not in a good way. Check-in was good. The room was not as clean as it should have. The seating was stained and not cleaned. The bathroom was dirty. They masked it like it was cleaned. I had to buy cleaning products to clean to room. I didn't trust that it was going to be cleaned again. The air conditioner was blowing molded air. I sprayed it coils twice to eliminate the smell. The towels were so dry. I believe that they had dry rotted. I know that the location was my choice. The one way in and one way out was a task. Construction in the area limited access to driving in the area. Nothing can be done by the company. Check-out was easy. I did not partake in the free continental breakfast. There were other restaurants in the area.

The chair in the room was heavily stained. The cover on the bed was also stained. Bathroom was very clean, although there was some dirt and an old spider web behind the door to the shower. The door into the room did not fit properly and the lock did not go all the way into the jamb.

When we opened the door to our room the strong smell of alcohol hit us and made my stomach churn. The chair was so stained and filthy and then there was a roach crawling on the bed…. We were told they wouldn’t refund us so they put us in another room. We don’t have a car otherwise I would have left.
