“Nice facility. Reasonable price, good breakfast. Whole staff was obviously polite, but not much kind impression like a robot. ”

“Excellent hotel. Very clean. Very good furniture, everything is new. Delicious breakfast.”

“Right on the beach stunning. The staff can’t do enough for you . Food amazing. We are going back next year”

When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully.

“Meget sentralt. Utmerket renhold, service og mat.”
