"A ma première soirée, j'ai réalisé que la télé ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai donc été à la réception pour les aviser. Un employé est revenu avec moi à ma chambre mais il n'a pu régler le problème. Il a dit qu'il s'en occuperait le lendemain. Le lendemain matin, j'ai pris une douche et réalisé une fois celle-ci ci débuter qu'il n'y avait plus de savon dans le distributeur. J'ai donc à nouveau été à la réception pour les aviser et redemandé des informations pour la tele. Plus tard, quand je suis revenu à ma chambre, la télé fonctionnait et du savon à été ajouté dans le distributeur."
