"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available. "We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. Roc was welcoming, gave us access to his family home and gardens, and an excellent restaurant recommendation in a nearby town. He even called to make a reservation for us. "

"Stayed for one night on journey heading South. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Evening meal was very good but with a limited menu, especially for vegetarian friends we were with. Good position with plenty of parking and small garden. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well ! Have also booked for our return journey."

"Very easy to find, very welcoming greeting from the hotel staff. Quickly checked in and found rooms to be perfectly sized and equipped. The shower was especially good very powerful! Portafino restaurant just 2 minutes walk around the corner also highly recommended with a selection of various different cuisines from different countries to suit almost any taste. Overall a perfect pitstop one night stay....thank you."
