“We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.”

“I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed.”

“The room was excellent! We could walk to everything we wanted to visit in York, the kitchen had a dishwasher, combined oven and microwave, a washing machine/dryer and lots of utensils and pots and pans. Also an excellent shower. Basically, everything we needed for our stay. The only negatives were that it seemed impossible to turn the aircon down despite our best efforts, which meant it was too warm for a comfortable sleep and there was no onsite parking.”
