Had to call again and insist someone comes to sort out it as there isn’t a toilet brush in the room, finally someone came but initially they said there were no maintenance people , it was 7:30 am when we first told them "

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy with soft and firm pillows. The curtains kept the light out. It was a bit noisy even with the window shut. Parking is near by in a multistorey and the hotel can reduce the price of your ticket. The surrounding area is very nice with restaurants and cafes. The city centre is about a 10 minute walk away...
