Room was very clean and in great condition. Good hotel and price in the area. Good parking. Was able to do the treadmill in the small workout room. Breakfast was light, only pancake maker was broken. Need at least 4 waffle makers in a hotel to account for guests and any that break.

Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. Didn't get to try breakfast so can't give details about that. Needed a comfortable place to sleep, AS usual, Holiday inn always delivers. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS and shopping within a 5 minutes drive. Just a little difficult turning FROM property. BUSY BUSY ROADWAY.... I Definitely recommend this nice, quiet, safe and clean hotel . Will stay again when I'm in the area

Beautiful smell, not like perfume, very clean and all staff was wonderful. Having paper plates out when the food plce forgot to give us them was the best thing ever. Not needing to beg or even pay, just help yourself, what a great change from the norm now!

Variety of fruit, yogurts, granolas with hot oatmeal available during breakfast was great. My son left his $120 flip flops and we stop by 8 hrs later and they were available in the lost & found. I’ve stayed at other hotels and left items that were never returned. The staff was pleasant and friendly at check in & out.

Staff was very friendly and we were traveling Tu-Wed and found it to be quiet and convenient to many options by car. Area was safe and close to a great restaurant that was on the water walking distance called Hurricanes, I believe. Nice family spot.
