“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. “Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. ”

“My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island. “New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. “I am giving this resort a 5 star review because everything I need from a vacation is at Sibonné and I will return over and over again ☺️. What stood out: - distance from beach - courtyard or balconies to relax, with views of the ocean - rooms are very clean and can be refreshed every day - staff are absolutely awesome - small pool if you want a break from the ocean - very quiet - walking distance for snacks and small meals to microwave And of course, the resort kitty!!!!! ”

Unable to remember all the front desk staff but they'll were all great. The beach chairs can definitely use updating. The location of the beach is very rocky and need to be better maintained.
