“Very cute place and easy to walk to beach ”

“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. “Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners.
