"We were concerned about the mixed reviews they have but they are under new management and the place is very nice. Spacious, clean, cold AC, very nicely decorated, lots of towels, comfy beds and pillows, nice big TV’s, full kitchen with most things we needed, bathroom necessities. Unbeatable; location, free bikes, good coffee. Decent price and free parking. Better than I expected for a three star resort :)"

"Everything was great, and the sea was right nearby. The only downside was that we couldn't use the pool for one day due to tree maintenance—or rather, my child was disappointed by that )) but otherwise, thank you for the care and hospitality!"
Siesta Key Beachside Villas

"The villa was newly renovated and was designed nicely as were the grounds surrounding. Check-in was fast and easy and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding town. Some minor convenience issues that affected our stay were; no hooks on the back of the bedroom or bathroom doors, no towel bar in shower, no safety grab bars in shower, and a walkway light at the corner would be helpful at villa #14. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and only a 3 min walk to beach and they have beach chairs in your villa."
