The staff were amazing! Super accommodating. The rooms are in good condition and the restaurant has a good portion size with affordable prices. Thank you to Sir Darryl, Maam Jean, Sir Jerome, Sir Rodrigo and to all the staff who attended to us who I failed to mention. More power!
The room was much larger and nicer and I expected for the price I paid. Showers were nice and hot. The hotel staff were very nice and even helped me find a taxi to Pilar port.
Everyone was very kind, but especially Geno. Big thanks!

The staff were incredibly helpful and Polite, I couldn't fault the staff at all, they even went to the trouble of making us breakfast an hour earlier than we were suppose to as we had an excursion. The room was in need of some refurb, net curtains a little tatty and bed sheet had a slight tear, but in the hotels defence the Philippines have had some of the strictest Covid measures in the world which has hit the hospitality sector massively for 3 years and its a suprise some of these places have managed to stay afloat, and I'm sure things will get better in time, and I would stay there again
No elevator facilities could use updating rooms clean drainage systems clogged in bathroom hot water inconsistent price doesn’t match facility

Beautiful place and nice room but the moment I opened the door the room wreaked of black mold. I narrowed it down to the air con. A newer model bit obviously never maintained. The mini-fridge too has black mold around the door seal. We stayed one night. I sprayed a ton of body spray and that mostly solved the smell but of course the mold was still in the air. Ive been sick for 3 days after we left. Very unhappy.
The sink faucet comes right out. A simple nut would fix it. The sink and shower drains were clogged beyond belief. The shower had about 4 inches of standing water after 15 minutes of running water.
Lastly the bed sheets were washed but quite stained. I scratched off some crusty pink stuff right by my head when I laid down the first.
Overall it was cheap and nice but quite dirty and the black mold is a huge deal breaker. We had room 308.
The check-in was quite good and they could find the booking quite easily.
The trouble started with the room and the fact there is no lift and have to take the stairs on 4th floor.
The first room on 4th floor was really small and the AC was making the noise of a tractor.
We asked this to be fixed and were offered a new room on 2nd floor. While the AC noise was acceptable we could not get any wifi signal. We were then moved to 3rd floor. The wifi reception was a bit better but still not good. The AC was still noisy and after changing twice we gave up.
The room was on the wall side too. Despite having a window the room could not get any daylight but at least we did not have the noise of the busy road that we will have to endure if we were on the road side. The bathroom was pretty small and the water pressure for the shower was not very good.
The room is good, the staff is excellent! They are so helpful and welcoming. The free breakfast is very good! We stay there whenever we are in Legaspi!
We like how friendly their staff is, they are always there to help! We like the rooms and the price is fair. They are within walking distance to the malls.
we like the very friendly and helpful staff. We like the clean rooms and the free breakfast is awesome. This is the only place we want to stay in Legaspi City, Albay

Ok but needs update and hotwater
Room ok but there was no hot water for shower and was feeling bit dated. The staff were very friendly and followed the COVID rules very well
We will be back. Food and food servings were awesome. Staff were outstanding. Location is very strategic to our needs. Room rate is very reasonable.
Suggestions:
- improve their breakfast menu selections; they can do better than that- more varieties especially for guests staying more than 3 days
- update the guest room door access; get rid of “key”
- provide iron and ironing board inside the guest room
- provide hair dryer inside the guest room

Generally okay
Generally okay. But the room has a hint of musty smell
Over all stay is ok. Walking distance to the venue of our reunion. Staffs were courteous and helpful. It would be better if there is an elevator and CCTV camera in the hotel.
This was my first stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. I wasn't too fond of turning the key in to the front desk every time I came and went, only because I was in and out so much. More modern locks on the doors might have been a bit nicer. Based on my stay this last time, I would come back though.
