Brilliant place to go would recommend to anyone

My stay was amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful always there when you need anything and always respond to you it’s a really nice place to stay for long term or short term very homely and your ways made welcome couldn’t say anything bad about it would recommend to anyone if they want a cheap and exelant survis

Mandeep was a very good host phoned me on the day and asked what time I was to arrived I arrived early no extra charge for early check in. He also give me a parking permit so I did not had to pay for the parking was free. The room was average for me other than that everything was fine.

The property I would say overall is pretty average it's an old building that hasn't really been modernised , it's also a very noisy area never seems quiet I prefer a nice quiet place so for me personally I think it needs some improvements,but I guess it meets the basics needs for a stay on the plus side the rooms are fairly cheaper compared to more modern Hotels.

This was a very run down guest house, the bathroom which had a shower and toilet was preety grim. Someone used the toilet whilst I was out and didn’t flush. The light pull cord on the bathroom was actually black from grime. The bed though was comfy and the carpet clean. Grim overall though

The owner was a very friendly and helpful chap. I was there for 5 days and was rather surprised that no house keeping was provided in that time. Had to make do with 2 towels and the handful of tea coffee and milk was used on first day, when not replaced I bought hot chocolate at Iceland on the corner. On a much more positive note the room was very warm and had to turn radiator down and sleep with window open, certainly no chance of ever getting cold staying here. The en-suite bathroom and toilet was quite good with nice hot spacious shower. The twin beds were very comfortable and slept very well, despite the noise from guests on the creaky staircase. If there was a housekeeping service available and WiFi password available to me then I would have rated 4 stars instead of 3. Never saw owner upon checkout to say about the room not being serviced when on Expedia , it says it’s supposed to be.

Definitely the rooms need a renovation the pics don't match at all ..update everything specially the sockets as almost was electrocuted.. The gentleman in charge was very nice

Friendly owners, cheap and basic. Had made the effort to make it clean and neat but was still a bit dated and basic. I would stay again if I was looking for a budget stay in Leicester.

Campbells guest house

Rooms were nice and had recently been redecorated. The shower/toilet was very outdated and very awkward to manouvre as it was very small. The shower head was gushing water from everywhere.
