“It was in a beautiful location! However there was not much communication between the staff and myself. I had emailed about their additional services and never heard back, I checked in at 4:30 (online it said check in started at 4) and they had already left the property, so I was left alone with a note and no real description about how I could use the living room space and wood fire. If the pitcher is staying for several days, I would like to prepare towels and toilet paper in advance.”
