“The property is clean inside and out and well maintained. Room decor is not to our tastes, but it looks very nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good - better than most hotels in this price range.
Only complaint was the shade over the window did not go all the way down. I checked and the shade was not adjustable. There was a shear shade that was adjustable and could be closed to cover entire window. This allowed a fair amount of light in making the room a tad light for...

“The constant fan option did not work. So noise from mini fridge and people upstairs kept me awake. Then at 4 AM, a woman and her child were walking up and down the hall and being very loud. I was on the first floor, there is no way the front desk could not hear them, If there was anyone there. I would like a refund.”

“It was our first IHG stay in years. The stay was good. Comfortable beds. Clean.
Great tribute to Route 66.
Is it really necessary to have housekeeping knocking on doors before 8am on a Saturday? (Check out is 11.). It made the morning feel rushed and stressful.”
