“fully enjoyable experience hard to beat hotel stay highly recommend staying”

“Cute lodge. We stayed in the Safari room. Rooms are small but were fine as we were there just for the night. A 2nd chair by the table would have been nice. Breakfast isn't served early on the weekend so we didn't have any. Wish they had something to go or offer earlier times. There was an event while we were there and while it was loud when we walked in, once we were in our room, it wasn't that bad and it did end by 10pm. ”

“Overall, this was a pleasant stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, though there was some used toilet paper left behind in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the room met expectations. The front desk staff really stood out—everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. “The hotel was very charming and clean, room was comfortable. I have some back problems so I was worried when I saw other reviews complaining about the beds but I personally had no issues, they were very comfortable. Lots of parking, and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.”

“You should remove the swimming pool picture. That was closed permanently and when I was reserving the room there was no notice about it. My children were very disappointed. The breakfast was not good(less menu) compared with another same-brand hotel. The sofa bed was horrible. Very very dirty. But the staff was very friendly. Not recommended for the family trip.”

“Parking was great, quite a few entrances but all key card access only which is very comforting for safety, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had a friend who has medical problems and they were able to give us a room close to his in case of an emergency without any hassle and breakfast was hot and delicious, we loved the waffles and breakfast potatoes. ”
