"The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located within a couple minutes walk to the convention center. The room was pretty quiet. The downfalls were no microwaves in the rooms and the small refrigerator does not have a freezer so if you have a cooler using freezer blocks, you will need to use ice to keep anything frozen. They did say you can bring small items to the desk and they will put them in their freezer, but we decided not to bring frozen food. There is a nice grocery store 2 blocks away you can get food from and go to another floor if yours doesn't have a microwave to use. Ice machines on floors 7 and 8 didn't work so we went to the lobby and got it from the coffee shop. The next day we tried floor 9 and theirs worked.
We would still stay here again and be prepared with our food. The staff, clean rooms,and location are worth staying there again."
