“We were attracted to the overall ambiance of Whistler's Inn. A charming B&B that was nearby the main area of Lenox, as well as within shouting distance of many places of interest. Our main contact, Lisa, went out of her way to keep us informed about our upcoming stay, and then did so much to make us feel welcome. Our only "4" rating was due to the number of stairs we had to negotiate. Overall, don't hesitate to consider Whistler's Inn for your next Berkshires visit.”

“It was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time we’re in the area. ”

“wonderfully restored old mansion. Rooms were charming... nicely designed. In fact the entire facility has been thoughtfully brought into today's design standards. Very accomodating staff... although many appeared to be a training mode. Need to improve the professionalism a bit. They have a new general manager (had only been there about 2 weeks when we visited)... seems he has a number of things on his agenda that will improve the property even more. Food was good... but not wonderful. ...
