We go to Western Massachusetts twice a year - some years it's more. Since discovering Berkshire Mountain Lodge, we have not been able to stay anywhere else. The staff have always been so pleasant and the room always smelled clean when you walk through the door.

We have stayed here for a number of years now, and each time we become more-and-more impressed with this property. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-outfitted and maintained, and the building itself gets excellent care. This is the ideal spot for our annual Berkshire vacation. We're so happy to have discovered it.

Suite was beautiful with plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. My only caution is to be careful when you step into the tub. It was slippery!
