"I took a trip with my child, and the kid-friendly pool was fantastic! We got to try a variety of cuisines, and the food at the individual restaurants was far superior to the buffet. The level of service was more than satisfactory. There was a great gym, but sadly, I didn't get around to using it. Despite it being the off-season, there were quite a few people, so we had to wait a bit—I'm not sure if this is normal or just my perception from lack of comparison. Special thanks to Claudia for kindly rebooking our canceled reservation and patiently explaining how everything works on our first day!"
