"Check in process was horrible. The guy at the front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming. We were traveling together and one of the guest with me had to change their room 3 times. The lady the next day was very nice and helpful I didn’t get her name tho. If you have a room upstairs you can’t walk normal you have to tip toe or you will get a call on your cell because there wasn’t a phone in the room but they will say it’s a noise disturbance. So I had to tell my 4 year old not to walk to the bathroom so we won’t get a call. Good thing McDonald’s was walking distance.
I would stay again but will definitely request a downstairs if it’s available. "

"I really enjoyed this stay, the place was just as described! Our dog Jazz loved the space to run and play, the views were amazing. The only down side was the road noice, but I think next time I will book the cabin closer to the lake."

"I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and it did not disappoint. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff is fantastic, the beds and room are comfortable, and the free continental breakfast is simple but delicious. My only issue was seeing some of the ceiling issues around the sprinkler heads and some water damage near the shower. These were all minimal compared to everything else.
We will definitely stay here again!"
