“Location is wonderful, a few easy steps to Commercial Street, harbor, etc. The property is old and very much in need of refurbishment. There is evidence that the management is working to that end. Restaurant was closed, which is challenging if staying on the weekend because there are literally only a handful of places to eat on a Sunday and reservations are hard to come by. I stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping available unless requested. The front desk is not manned 24/7 but mobile...

“The hotel is very well situated for exploring the full area of the Shetland Islands.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
There is plenty of parking space and there is a fuel station next door and a very good fish and chip shop across the road, both of which are very useful.”
