“The room we were allocated was quite a treck upstairs, downstairs and along corridors, no lift to this area. The room was ok but dated and a bit dirty on the bed base and carpet. A window catch was broken and a whole pelmet fell down on me. I was lucky it just missed my head but it did hurt my hand at the time.
