“Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts. ”

“This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. ”

I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. “This hotel was great, rooms a little small but on the whole it was a great choice fir our ski holiday, loved the ski in ski out. Locker room tight and lockers thin could fit our boots in but ok for skis and poles. ”
