“Great stay and good location ”

“Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. ”

“Spacious apartment. Lots of storage space. Slightly small living/dining area/kitchen when compared with the rest of the apartment. Needs good of snow cover to be truly ski in/ski out. With only the pistes covered it was a 5 minute walk. Some nice add-ons - pool table in reception and communal washing machines and dryer. ”

“A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. “I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps. “Good location. The property walls are all scratched up inside. The WiFi does not work in bedroom and bathroom only in living room. No checkout instructions if leaving before opening hours ”

“Clean, Warm, friendly staff. Ample room for a couple who were using the property to visit family for a long weekend. It would be cosy for 6! On a bus route; essential as we arrived after considerable snowfall - snow chains a must for your own car!”
