"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "The views from the hotel are gorgeous. The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is good and the hotel provides towels of excellent quality, fresh and clean. The location is very convenient, the breakfast is excellent and the whole experience is highly recommended. The only down side is that the water pressure in the shower was low, and the fact that toiletries are not provided (we got some upon request). However, as mentioned, we enjoyed our stay very much and will gladly come back."
