The resort as a whole was very short staffed which caused all staff to be over worked and most not so friendly. “View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,...

“The room was clean but the bedding had one stain on it other than that everything else was great”

“The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. ”
