Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely accommodating! They have a van that took us to the train station & downtown & picked us up several times. That was a huge benefit to us! We also ate dinner at the restaurant our last night there & it was one of our best meals of the trip! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable!

We chose this hotel at the last minute as our VRBO canceled on us. It turned out to be a very happy accident. Levanto is a lovely town with pretty streets and great food and the shuttle from the hotel to city centre and station made accessing the local area super easy. The staff was very helpful and had great info/ suggestions for us. The room was clean and the included breakfast delicious. Sitting at the pool after a long day of hiking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

This is 4 star hotel, in Levanto. The rooms are super clean but need an upgrade. The staff is super friendly, there is a free shuttle to take you to downtown or train station. The breakfast is amazing so is the pool.

I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful were the staff from front desk to waiter, particularly Frankie at the front desk. He showed me short cuts to walk down to the train station. The hotel is up on the hill with a nice pool and spa facilities perfect for relaxation after a day of walking in Cinque Terre. It provides shuttle service to town center and train station from 9 am to 11 pm which makes it a good starting point to explore Cinque Terre.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pesto making class as well as the cocktail making class. The hotel is the perfect place to stay,one of the reasons is because it's so close to the town of Levento.I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The property has a great location near the train station. The pool is great for relaxing and cooling off after a long day of sight seeing. The staff is quite approachable and willing to help, while also being low key in their approach (they wait for you to ask questions rather than getting in your face). Good mix of American and European guests. Opportunities to meet other travelers if you want, and no need to if you want to be private. Great stay.

We loved this hotel so much I almost don’t want to leave a review, we’d like to keep it as our secret! I have never known such a genuinely friendly hotel, all of the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent, the hotel is spotless, it’s in a wonderfully peaceful location but only a 10 minute walk into town. If you don’t fancy the walk for any reason the shuttle bus will take you there and pick you up any time you ask. We honestly could not have been happier and will definitely be back.

What an incredible stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful & helpful. A major plus is that they offer a shuttle service to the train station and town centre making it very convenient to see nearby towns. I would highly recommend staying here!

The staff and property are five star. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The spa and pool area are beautiful. Frankie at the front desk was very informative on activities to do in the area. This is the only property to stay at when visiting Cinque Terra. You want to stay in Levanto which has many shops, restaurants and beach compared to the Cinque Terra cities which are overcrowded. Many thanks to the general manager and his staff.

A truly enjoyable stay! The location is a 5 minute drive from Levanto town centre, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with our queries, and the services including the pool and breakfast was first class.
