"Spa hotel is a misnomer: the ‘Spa’ is part of the external waterpark, which charges extra (which would be ok), but more importantly, there’s no entry before noon or after 7pm, thus, if you go skiing, there’s no chance to go to the Sauna after dinner or in the morning. I wish this would have been noted on the website - I would certainly not have booked this if I knew!"

"Great space, but too overloaded with kids obviously for Santa related activities. Wouldn’t recommend for a ski stay, but Levi’s skiing facility’s are amazing. "

"Great location, comfy beds, lovely helpful staff. (Whilst the apartment was clean - none of the crockery was. We had to wash all the dirty plates, cups and glasses when we arrived which was a bit frustrating as it didnt all fit in the dishwasher.) Lots of storage, great space for a family for a week! This was our second stay, and we would book again. "

"Although we stayed for just one night, and did it have time to enjoy any of the amenities on site, it was a clean room, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with our questions, the hotel is in a great location and we got to also enjoy the Hullu Poro Bistro. Breakfast on our way out was delicious…so many options!"
