“My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in July and I have to say that the golf course is absolutely beautiful! So well looked after! The hotel is dated but it is 50 years old, we stayed in a superior suite and it definitely was not worth the rate that we paid because it is dated. I'm afraid the housekeeping was terrible, the bed wasn't properly made and the bins were not emptied on 2 of the days and no attempt at actually tidying the suite.”

Have a pool with a bonus as the weather was quite warm and Amy the girl looking after the pool was very attentive, as we didn’t have any towels left in the room and she provided them and always seem to be cleaning up and tidying in the spa area. “We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. “The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy.
