When arriving, the hotel was getting a new roof. We were told due to flooding that the pool was closed but there was the alternative to use the gym across the road. We were told we were getting a newly remodeled room, but it had just been painted and smelled of cigarettes including the towels. You could hear the air dryers in other rooms drying them out. At breakfast, there was no juice, no fresh fruit. it consisted of eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal muffins and bagels. Normally at this chain, there is a much larger selection. The staff was amazing. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful for places to eat. She froze our ice packs for us which was very much appreciated.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Other people were enjoying the pool, I hope we have the chance on our next visit to enjoy it as well. Didn’t get to try the breakfast, maybe next time. Overall a very good stay at a good price.

Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was easy. Room wasn't cleaned well. Hole in bathroom wall. Whole place needs a make over. Worst toilet paper Ive ever used. Front counter staff was kind and receptive. With all that, the price was right. You get what you pay for.

One overnight desk clerk was extremely helpful finding a ride to the airport very early, 5 stars to her. Other staff seem not that engaged. The room was clean and comfortable. The hall carpets are dirty and worn, there was always a wet spot from I don't know what on the stairs, the pool was down for maintenance. Plenty of parking, walking distance to decent restaurants and a grocery store.

There was a concerning flashing blue light in the heat/air unit but it worked okay. The TV remote didn't work. The check-in clerk was very pleasant. The price was good. The breakfast was as expected. The property is past due for renovation.
