"I love this hotel! I always stay here when I come into town. The staff is great, and the included breakfast is even better. My room is always clean. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower, it was very low this visit. I’m not sure if it was just the shower spout in this room, or if the water pressure throughout the entire hotel is reduced. But this was still a pleasant visit."

"The entire room was clean except the sofa beds mattress cover. It had candy stuck to it. Other than that it was fine "

"Do NOT stay at this hotel. We arrived late at night. There were unsavory people hanging around the entrance to the hotel. They were smoking and just vagrant looking. It was after midnight when we arrived. Others in parking lot with cars coming in and out. It was very unsafe so much that we did not feel safe even getting out of the car. We ended up going to a different hotel. They are refusing to refund us even though we never stayed. There are similar reviews in this time frame that have reported the same issues. Expedia needs to remove them from their list. "

"Breakfast is terrible. The corners in the room were not clean. Bathroom was suprisendly clean and checked it with Ultra violet light. Pillows are cheap materials and old and smelly. I had to cover it with a towel. Behind the desk was a red t-shirt forgotten by the prev. occupant. "

"Wonderful staff and location. Bar is excellent although needs more food choices. Guest rooms nice but cheaply furnished case goods meant broken drawer and closet light in fairly new property (room 519). "

"Arrived on May 5th and the 2 gentleman at the front desk were very kind and helpful- we were told that the elevator was not working or that there was not one and needed to take the stairs. The next morning I realized I did not have a shower curtain- took 20+ minutes to get one and the ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Our room was dirty with food stuck to the counter, heavy accumulation of dust on higher items, no trashcan or bag in room, and stains dripping down walls. There was one muffin out for breakfast and coffee was bad. terrible look for Extended Stay America"
