“We received a very warm welcome from hosts Jackie and Rob and our stay was absolutely exceptional! Our room was clean, neat, well appointed, with a refreshments tray including lovely homemade cake and the folder containing menus and directions for the nearby pubs for meals was well thought out and presented. “The room was lovely though the walls were a bit thin and I could hear the neighbours TV. The floors of the upstairs rooms were a bit squeaky but it was a fairly rustic building so to be expected. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The kitchens were out of order but they provided a superb continental breakfast.”

Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.”

Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience.”

“The host was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. Breakfast had lots of choices for different appetites. My room was lovely with a fan for the heat, plenty of tea, coffee, etc. and a powerful shower. All in all a great place to visit.”

“Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend.”
