Hotel is in great location, we used it as a base to attend a concert at the utilita Arena Birmingham which was about a 7 min walk. The hotel is tired looking all over and could do with an update, the restaurant was lovely and bright as was the reception.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were really nice and tidy as on the image description. Nice take away and restaurant are nearby, the tramway is just in front of the hotel. The only drawback is that they charge for the car park.
