“We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the room was very clean and well organised. The bathroom, towels, shower, microwave, dishes, and hand wash were all provided — almost everything we needed was available. It is a perfect place to stay for a night after finishing a Hobbiton tour.”

“The units are stand-alone and spacious, surrounded by neat gardens. The unit we stayed in is fairly new and was very clean. Our family of four adults had enough space to relax, with separate sleeping areas and a full bathroom. A number of facilities which we used met, and in some cases, exceeded our expectations – tennis court, indoor swimming pool, heated salt pool, gym and sauna. The staff was friendly.”

“직원도 친절하고 객실 편의시설도 좋았습니다. 특히 하루 여행 일정을 끝내고 야외에 있는 개인 스파를 이용할 수 있어서 피로도 풀면서 일정을 지속할 수 있었어요. 독립된 집 한채를 쓰는 듯한 느낌이 들 정도로 넓은 객실과 넉넉한 침대가 제공 되었으며, 인근 관광지(테푸이아)도 가깝고 쇼핑센타(pak'n save)도 가까워서 편했습니다. 마지막날 체크아웃 직전에 친근성 있는 고양이가 마당에서 부비부비하면서 환대해 주더군요... ^^”

“추운 날씨에 히터가 고장 났는데 9시 이후는 프론트가 잠겨 잇어서 너무 기가 막혔어요. 늘 9시가 되면 후론트의 문을 잠그고 비상 전화가 잇지먼 받질 않더군요. 방은 모텔 수준인데 호텔료는 5성 호텔요금 이엇어요”

“I didn't expect much after seeing the pictures, but it was so clean, luxurious and nice. Duplex and comfortable, clean and well located near all tourist attractions. Thank you for your late check-in. The towels were changed every day and the space was very spacious.”
