"Great stay"

"What a wonderful stay we had in Kittery at this hotel. It’s brand new. The amenities are superb. Our room came with a king bed, a couch AND a kitchen set up with a full size refrigerator. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I did request extra pillows since there were only three on the king bed. I cannot review the cleaning service since we choose to not have the room serviced. There is a laundry room, with detergent supplied. The work out room is very well equipped with the latest machines. Breakfast was very good with the standard fare. The lobby has a small tv room equipped with games, which we took advantage of. I especially liked the hot water faucet in the lobby for tea late at night. Nothing worse than making tea in a hotel lobby at night with lukewarm water. I know this hotel is new but I hope Hilton keeps up with the amenities."

"You always know what you get at a Hampton. Good service, clean room and who doesn’t like a free breakfast? Dan, the front desk person helped with a tv remote issue and went out of his way to find a replacement quickly. Well done. Excellent location as well. "

"I think it’s a nice hotel but mainly for seniors and it’s kinda overpriced for the city and location. "

"Pros - Great location to anything in the area. Staff was very good and the nice lady named Anna was the best time having breakfast. Cons - The room as soon as we walked in. The the smell that hit our nose was like no one has stayed in that room in a while. There was a area rug by the bed that has seen it's last days and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Say the same thing for the mattress, hard sleeping on it. The room was small and the bathroom was the smallest one we ever stayed at anywhere, no room what so ever. To top it off, the people staying there was as loud as can be. There was a group of mens partying through the night. That being said, we can't give a great score on us being there.There is our first time giving a negative review. "

"The breakfast buffet was an added option, and not included in our particular room package, but was absolutely wonderful with great tasting food and very excellent service. Great value for the price as well."
