“We had a fantastic stay. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed (traveling with 2 young children). Shuttle to St Armand circle was great, nice pool and restaurant. Unfortunately construction on beach but that’s out of anyone’s control. would highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient stay on Lido beach area. ”

“Great atmosphere and good! Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. I loved the valet parking. Free beach chairs included in the resort fee was a great benefit. The pool was nice and heated for a February stay. I highly recommend. ”

“Hotel was great - location, amenities, service and cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back. The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...
