โI liked the view from my window! I could watch the ferryboats come and go! Access to the hotel is a little difficult. Having to either walk over the walk bridge or drive away around. Limited parking.โ
โWe had a lovely stay at the property. The hotel is located at central location and had the best tea, dinner and breakfast and it was the all rounder for us during our stay at Sweeden. โ
"The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the canal, and the staff were very kind and attentive. However, accessing the elevator requires going up some stairs, which makes it less convenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Although I stayed in a Junior Suite, the canal view was not as good as expected, which was a bit disappointing."
"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, itโs very noisy, and when you close them, itโs hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend.โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ"
